GFP-084-2009-0208- THE GET FIT POD HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING TREADMILL WORKOUT This is our first 24 minute, high intensity treadmill workout. You will run hard, you will get out of breath, you will be making strange noises, but you will absolutely be burning calories and fat - and you will keep those calories and that fat burning even while you are resting and recovering during the rest of the day.
